At Your Reception Desk our Virtual Assistants, or VAs, like to have as much information as possible about a client before they start working for them. This enables them to have a thorough picture of what the company in question do, and what their objectives are. Armed with this information, our VAs are able to provide the best service possible both to the client themselves and, more importantly, to their customers.

Because of this, our VAs make a point of finding out about each of the companies they work with. Ideally, it's important for the VA to understand what the companies objective is, and exactly what it is that they want to achieve. (Of course, this information enables the VA to help the company achieve it!)

The questions our VAs at Your Reception Desk usually ask new clients include the following -

* How long has the business been trading?
* Who are your typical customers?
* Who are your typical suppliers?
* What are the questions your customers frequently ask you?
* How do you answer these questions?
* What is your normal timetable?
* How fast do you generally respond to messages or queries?

We like to ask all these questions in order to be better placed to deal with that company's customers. Obviously as your virtual assistant we like to be able to field some of the more basic queries on your behalf - so it's useful for us to know the answers to a selection of the questions your customers usually ask you. Equally, if we know what kind of customers you have, we'll be better placed to know how best to deal with them. Finally, it's important for us to know how fast you normally respond to messages from customers as we don't like to give anyone any false expectations.

Here at Your Reception Desk we think it is especially important to find out this information as we have a company wide commitment to personal service. In fact, we're so convinced that you'll receive a more personal service with us that we offer both a free trial AND a pay as you go system to get you started. What are you waiting for?
